- Order acceptance: you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and/or SMS/WhatsApp once your order is received. A binding contract is formed when your order is confirmed and payment is successfully authorised (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, when the order is verified).

- All Products on the Site are sold directly by Alwara unless expressly stated otherwise.
- We take care to describe and photograph our Products accurately. However, product images are for illustrative purposes, and the colour, texture, or finish of the Product may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or the nature of handcrafted, hand-dyed, or naturally dyed fabrics. Such minor variations are part of the character of the Product and are not considered defects.

9. Limitation of Liability
